Multiple Teams · Timberwolves Fumble Away Homecoming

Homecoming 2018 became a big disappointment for the Timberwolves Friday night as the Timberwolves lost 4 fumbles to the visiting Lexington Wildcats, all four turning into 28 points and sealing the outcome, 42-21.  Junior QB Aveon Smith was again a bright spot for the Timberwolves, rushing for 183 yards and a TD as well as passing for two more, one to Jamias Holloway and one to Aidan Myers.  The defense was led by junior LB Jaylan Johnson’s best game as a Timberwolf  as he came up with 6 primary tackles and a 14 yard tackle for loss.  White Knoll falls to 4-2 on the season and 0-1 in the region and will return to action Friday at Chapin at 7:30.
