Realize that hydration is important for performance, but there is a downside to hydrating too much in a short period of time. You always want to make sure that your input and output is balanced. Input would be all liquids and fruit and then your output is urine and sweat. Educate yourself. Bring a gallon jug so you don’t run out, but that doesn’t mean that you drink it all in a 30 minute workout.
