All students who plan to tryout must have ALL FORMS completed before trying out, including an updated physical form (dated after 4/1/2019) on file with the school through a PlanetHS account. All forms must be uploaded and APPROVED to PlanetHS account before being allowed to try-out. COVID release forms MUST be on file with the athletics department before tryouts begin. Masks will be required for entry into the facilities for all prospective players. Please have your rides ready in the parking lot at the ending times listed.
