Senior- Noah Thomasson #1- Goalkeeper He has played soccer since he was 5. A few years on rec, Club (GPS) for 3 years, and WKHS since 8th grade (5 years).  First year on varsity. Senior Ethan Murray has been an integral part of our White Knoll High School Baseball Program. Ethan has lettered for the past 2 seasons and looking forward to playing baseball the at the next level.

March 25 – Upper Body Workout

Nutrition Tip, Wednesday, March 25…….Try to stay on schedule. When you get off schedule, you want to snack needlessly which can lead to weight gain. If you get hungry, drink a bottle of water first. If you must snack, try popcorn, nuts, veggies or fruits before grabbing a sugary snack. Go Timberwolves!

Senior – Carolina Turner

Senior Carolina Turner plays Varsity Girls Lacrosse. She plans to attend the University of Iowa and major in Pre-Dentistry. She was a part of the first win in White Knoll Girls Lacrosse History. Go Timberwolves! #ONEPACK

During this downtime, we will begin to celebrate our seniors! Senior Short Stop Shelby Davies. 4 year letterman that is signed to play at Lander University. A member of the first State Championship team for White Knoll softball in 2018. All-Region player 2018 and 2019. Team Golden glove in 2018 and 2019. Shelby Davies 2017-2020
