WKHS Track Results @ River Bluff

Girls: 4×8 Relay Team Carly Fuel, Kara Johnsen, Abbie Rice, Kaylee Walz places 2nd. Girls 4×1 Relay Jamyia Smith, Bryanna Thompson, London Bell, Jamila Jenkins placed 3rd. Jamila Smith places 3rd in the 100m Carley Fuel and Kara Johnsen placed 3rd and 4th respectively in the 1600m NaTysia Dingle places 3rd in the 400m Hurdles.

WK Boys Soccer fell to Lexington 0-6

A decent effort from the boys but the attacking firepower of Lexington was just too lethal and precise. When the score was just 0-1 we had a clear cut chance to level the match with a cross from Michael Oladipo to Henry Rodriguez who headed the ball goal-ward but the Lexington keeper made the save.

White Knoll Baseball dropped a tough one!

WK JV takes tournament runner-up in Mid-Carolina Credit Union Invitational: The JV softball team traveled to Elgin this past Saturday to play in the Mid-Carolina Credit Union invitational. Jason Garay Wins SCYWA Championship at 152.

One week after Jason Garay placed 2nd at the SCHSL Individual State Tournament at 138lbs, he jumps up to 152lb weight class and wins the SCWYA State Championship.  In the finals, he defeated the SCHSL 5A 145lb state champ 6-5!  Congrats to Jason. Next up for Jason and a contingent of WK wrestlers will be the NHSCA
