Timberwolves managed through a push by Ashley Ridge in the sixth inning where Timberwolves coughed up four runs, but Timberwolves still won 11-7 on Friday. Ashley Ridge scored its runs on a single by Rachel Jonas.

Timberwolves collected 16 hits and Ashley Ridge had ten in the high-scoring affair.

In the first inning, Timberwolves got their offense started. An error scored one run for Timberwolves.

Timberwolves notched four runs in the seventh inning. The offensive onslaught by Timberwolves was led by Hannah Goodwin and Ginna Leaphart, who each had RBIs in the inning.

Andrea Lyon led the Timberwolves to victory on the rubber. She lasted seven innings, allowing ten hits and seven runs while striking out six.

Katie Freeman took the loss for Ashley Ridge. She went four and two-thirds innings, allowing five runs on ten hits, striking out seven and walking zero.

Timberwolves saw the ball well today, racking up 16 hits in the game. Briannah Workman, Goodwin, Lexi Winters, Lyon, and Leaphart all collected multiple hits for Timberwolves. Winters, Goodwin, and Workman each collected three hits to lead Timberwolves.
