Football Summer Calendar

The following is the football calendar for June and July.  Players in grades 10-12 need to attend 80% of offseason workouts and if they are not going to be here the player, as well as the parent, should communicate with Coach Howell (dhowell@lexington1.net) beforehand.  Go Timberwolves! Timberwolves Fall to Lexington

The Timberwolves fell to rival Lexington on senior night. Both defenses kept the other team off the scoreboard in the first half. B-Team and JV Football Down Lexington

Coach Church and the B-Team finished their season last night with a resounding 35-7 win over Lexington. DeShaun Armour rushed for over 125 yards and 2 touchdowns as well catching a third. Clary and Kirkland to Represent Timberwolves in North-South Game

Keon Clary and Jon Eric Kirkland were selected to play in the Touchstone Energy North-South Game in Myrtle Beach on December 9th. Head Coach Dean Howell will also serve as an assistant on the South team. Clary leads White Knoll with 41 catches for 507 yards, and Kirkland is the teams long snapper and tight end.

Timberwolves Shutout Blythewood

On Friday night the White Knoll Varsity Football team traveled to Blythewood for a key region match-up. Both teams were looking to improve their playoff chances with a win. The Dutch Fork JV team scored 41 unanswered points to take a commanding lead going into half time on Thursday night. In the second half the Timberwolves moved the ball well and recorded several first downs led by quarterback Alex Lewis and running back Kye Walker. Timberwolves Defeat River Bluff

On Friday night, the varsity football team traveled across town to take on region rival River Bluff. Both offenses struggled as the defenses held both offenses to under 260 yards of total offense.
