WE must do our part in slowing down this virus. It may not always be comfortable, but people in some professions have been wearing masks for years because it does make a difference in disease transmission. Not only wear your masks here at school but take those practices home with you. Follow the CDC guidelines
Realize that hydration is important for performance, but there is a downside to hydrating too much in a short period of time. You always want to make sure that your input and output is balanced. Input would be all liquids and fruit and then your output is urine and sweat. Educate yourself. Bring a gallon
